It is also the most affordable neighborhood in the city. After taking a stroll through this charming neighborhood, stop by San Pedro Claver's Church and Isla Botero.

Getsemani is the cheapest neighborhood in Cartagena

While the historic center of Cartagena is famous for its romantic atmosphere, it's also the most expensive neighborhood. It's possible to have a delightful experience in a cheaper hotel in the surrounding areas. He was horrified by their conditions. He baptized them and worked with them in their huts and hospitals.
